One Word Wednesday~ Sweet


Almost 13 years ago after 60+ years of marriage these two were separated. 
Late Monday evening at the age of 94, 
Gram, who had the opportunity to meet all of her great-grandchildren joined him.

Sweet~hearts reunited.

  4. This is beautiful. On my grandparents' 50th Anniversary - my Grandfather wrote a poem for my Grandmother, and read it out loud for all of us to hear.

    One line has stayed with me forever: "For Heaven won't be Heaven to me, until you, Sweetheart, are there."

    They are together, once again, now too.

  5. When my Gram died, 5 years after my Granfather, she gave her wedding ring to my sister and said "I've never had this off". What a wonderful gift.
