#100HappyDays :: Day 71


A house full,  conversation flowing all around and homemade ice cream sandwiches.  
Yep, this is what summer is all about.


**Pioneer Woman's Malted Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies are perfect for ice cream sandwiches, they are very buttery so spread into perfect flat discs to sandwich with.  I use 1/2 of the volume of chocolate chips per batch, as B is not a huge chip fan, but you can add as much as you like, or any mix in you think of would be perfect in the malted milk goodness that is the base cookie!
