ReplyDeleteYour words remind me of something I heard on last season's So You Think You Can Dance. Nigel Lithgowe was talking to a dancer who'd just completed a routine - and he said something to the effect of "sometimes you can pay so much attention to the steps, that you forget to dance".
It's so important to be awake and present so you capture the wonder that is all around you for the seeing.
