Sweet Surprises

 I love that our gourmet club can have an impromptu gathering on an off week, and it seems to come together every bit as gourmet as the planned events.  The chocolate shavings above went into the individual souffle's that I made last night.  So good and I placed just a little bit of candied ginger in the bottom of the ramekins as a surprise.  I only have this picture to post, because we snarfed them up so fast I didn't get a picture in!

Here's to a weekend full of sweet surprises!
